Orion's Plan offers three printing formats:
- FOH (Front of House): Guest lists with individual orders for service staff
- BOH (Back of House): Consolidated kitchen preparation lists
- Name Cards: Professional place cards for table settings

How to Print FOH List
- Navigate to Pre-Orders (click in sidebar or go to specific booking)
- Open Booking - verify pre-orders are complete
- Click Print Button
- Select "Front of House (FOH)"
- Review Preview - check guest names, orders, allergies
- Adjust Print Settings (optional) - font size, table numbers, restaurant logo
When to Use FOH Prints
- Before Service: Brief service staff
- During Seating: Reference when seating guests
- At Table: Confirm orders with guests
- For Large Parties: Essential for coordination

- Click Print Button
- Select "Name Cards"
- Choose Template:

- Formal Traditional: Script font, ornate borders, wedding-appropriate
- Custom Design: Upload your template, add restaurant logo
- Customize Settings: Font Size, Include Table Number, Card Size, Cards Per Page, Orientation
- Preview All Cards
- Edit if Needed (fix typos, adjust titles)
- Print - use card stock (110lb+ recommended)
Name Card Tips
Paper Selection: Use thick card stock (110-130 lb), white or cream for classic look, textured for premium feel.
Printing Quality: Use high-quality printer, check ink levels, print test first.
Presentation: Fold cards neatly, place at each seat before service, position at top of place setting.

- Choose "Print Daily Summary"
- Includes all bookings, pre-orders, consolidated BOH and FOH lists
