Making an Online Booking

You can book a table at any restaurant on Orion's Plan directly from their profile page.

Step 1: Choose Date, Time & Guests

1. Go to the restaurant's page.
2. Scroll to the "Reserve a Table" section.
3. Select date, time, and number of guests.
4. Click "Continue" or "Check Availability".

Step 2: Select a Dining Area

Some restaurants have multiple dining areas. If offered, select your preferred area.

Step 3: Enter Your Details

• Full name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (required)
• Special requests (optional)
• Allergies or dietary requirements (optional)

Step 4: Review Booking Summary

Review restaurant name, date, time, party size, area, minimum spend, deposit, and service fee.

Step 5: Payment (If Required)

If payment is required, enter your card details (powered by Stripe) and click "Pay & Confirm". If no payment is required, simply click "Confirm Booking".

Step 6: Confirmation

You will see a booking confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email with booking details, receipt, and management link.

Cancelling a Booking

1. Check the cancellation deadline in your confirmation email.
2. Go to My Bookings and click "Cancel Booking", or use the link in your email.
3. Note: some deposits are non-refundable.

• Book early for popular dates.
• Double-check your email address.
• Add special requests at the time of booking.
