Managing Your Bookings
The My Bookings section lets you track all your reservations in one place.
Accessing My Bookings
- Log in and click "My Bookings" in the sidebar.
- Your bookings are organised into: Ongoing, Upcoming, and Past/Cancelled tabs.
Booking Information
Each booking card shows:
- Restaurant name, date, time, guests, duration
- Assigned table or area
- Booking status
- Financial details (minimum spend, deposit status, service fee)
- Payment links (if applicable)
Filtering
- Switch between Ongoing, Upcoming, and Past/Cancelled tabs.
- Use the date filter to find bookings on a specific date.
- Click "Load More" for additional bookings.
Cancelling a Booking
- Find your booking in the Upcoming tab.
- Note the cancellation deadline.
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm.
- Refundable deposits are returned to your original payment method.
Booking Statuses
- Confirmed -- table is reserved
- Pending -- not yet confirmed
- In Progress -- currently at the restaurant
- Cancelled -- booking has been cancelled
- No Show -- did not attend
- Completed -- booking completed successfully
Tips
- Check bookings the day before.
- Arrive on time.
- Save the restaurant's phone number.
