Chat & Messaging
Communicate directly with restaurants about bookings and enquiries.
Accessing Chat
- Log in and click "Chat" in the sidebar.
- Your conversation list appears.
Conversation List
Each entry shows:
- Restaurant name and logo
- Last message preview
- Timestamp
- Unread count (red badge)
Use the search bar to filter conversations.
Sending Messages
- Click a conversation to open it.
- Type your message.
- Press Enter or click send.
What You Can Discuss
- Booking details and changes
- Special requests
- Menu enquiries
- Private dining follow-ups
How Conversations Are Created
Conversations are automatically created when you make a booking or submit an enquiry.
Notifications
- Unread messages show a red badge next to "Chat".
- Messages update in real time.
Tips
- Be clear and specific -- include your booking date and name.
- Check chat before your visit.
- Use chat for non-urgent requests; call for urgent matters.
