House Rules

Booking Terms & Conditions Thank you for your reservation. By confirming this booking, you agree to the terms below. Arrival & Late Policy Please arrive on time. We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reservation time. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. After the holding time, the table may be released to other guests. Cancellation Policy You may cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before your reservation time. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee (or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable). For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No-Show Policy If you do not arrive and do not contact us, this is considered a no-show. No-shows may result in a fee (or deposit forfeiture) and may affect future booking eligibility. Deposits & Prepayments (If Applicable) Some reservations may require a deposit or prepayment. Deposits are deducted from the final bill unless stated otherwise. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows, as described above. Table Duration During busy periods, tables may be allocated for a set time: Parties of 1–2: up to 1h 30m Parties of 3–4: up to 2h Parties of 5+: up to 2h 30m If you would like longer, please request it in advance and we’ll do our best. Group Bookings For groups of 6 or more, we may require: A deposit A set menu or pre-order Confirmation of final guest count 24–48 hours before arrival Dress Code Our dress code is Smart Casual. We kindly ask guests to avoid sportswear, beachwear, and flip-flops in the evening. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if dress standards are not met. Allergies & Dietary Requirements Please inform us of allergies and dietary needs in advance. While we take allergens seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Special Requests We will always try to accommodate special requests (e.g., window tables, celebrations), but they are not guaranteed and depend on availability. Children & Prams Children are welcome. Please include them in the guest count. Space for prams is limited—please notify us in advance. Respectful Behaviour We reserve the right to refuse service or end a reservation if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive to staff or other guests.
